The Rotary Club of Greater Chino Hills Foundation has already supported several local and international projects.         
      
District Grant | Completed January 2024
RCGCH Foundation donated its District 5300 Grant of $1,000.00 to the Alicia Cortez Elementary School in Chino, California for the school's PTA Project of replacing the school's signage in 2024.

RCGCH Foundation, through a combined District Grant and a Club Foundation Grant, donated $1,000.00 to the Bakery Apprenticeship Program of the Boys Republic in Chino Hills.  This is the third year that the Bakery Apprenticeship Program is the recipient of the Club Foundation and Rotary District 5300 Grants.

RCGCH Foundation through a combined District 5300 and a Club Foundation Grant, donated $1,000.00 to the Bakery Apprenticeship Program of the Boys Republic in Chino Hills.  This is the second year that the Bakery Apprenticeship Program is the recipient of the Club Foundation and Rotary District 5300 Grants.

RCGCH, through a combined District 5300 Grant of $283.00 and a Club Foundation Grant of $717.00, donated $1,000.00 to the Bakery Apprenticeship Program of the Boys Republic in Chino Hills. Boys Republic is a private, non-profit, nonsectarian school and treatment community for troubled youngsters. Since its founding in 1907, it has guided more than 32,000 at-risk teenage boys and girls toward productive lives. As part of its vocational training programs, Boys Republic started the bakery classes in February 2014 for its students to learn the art of baking and pastry while producing the food items needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner service on the main campus. At present, Boys Republic offers Bakery Apprenticeships, a paid continuing education program, to encourage its students to acquire the skills, resources and tools necessary to secure work in the bakery trade.
 
RCGCH Foundation Donation | Completed December 2020
The Club Foundation donated $585 to Chino Hills' Michael G. Wickman Elementary School to support the school's English Language Learner Program. English Language Learners (ELL) refer to students with limited English language proficiency when they enter elementary school. This donation will fund the purchase of (1) an annual subscription to Starfall, an online reading program that is geared to building foundational English language skills for students in Kindergarten to Grade 3, and (2) Who Was...book series, a popular book series that focuses on biographies, historical events and historical places that is geared to enhancing reading skills for students in Grade 3 to Grade 6.

The Club Foundation donated $1,690 to The Rotary International PolioPlus Fund. Contributions to this Fund provides the much needed operational support, supplies and personnel for the global polio eradication program through the mass vaccination of the world's children.

The Club Foundation donated $3,880 to The Rotary Foundation Annual Fund Share.  Contributions to this Fund help Rotary clubs strengthen peace efforts, provide clean water and sanitation, support education, grow local economies, save mothers and children, and fight disease around the world.

The Club Foundation donated $500 to the Rotary International District 5300's 2018 Rotaplast Mission to Lima, Peru.
 
RCGCH Foundation Grant | Completed November 2015
The Club Foundation donated clothes, shoes and toys to a Chino Hills family participating in the City of Chino Hills' Adopt-A-Family holiday project. The Club continues to support the projects of its local Chino Hills community.
 
District Simplified Grant and RCGCH Foundation Grant | Completed November 2015
RCGCH, through a combined District Simplified Grant of $250 and a Club Foundation Grant of $250, donated $500 to the Chino Hills Ayala High School Choir Program. This donation enabled the Choir Program to purchase two dual-condenser microphones designed specifically for large group singing and for use outdoors when the choirs sing at football homecoming games. The Club is honored to help the Choir Program acquire equipment to best show off the students' talents on stage.
 
District Simplified Grant | Completed April 2015
RCGCH, through a District Simplified Grant, gave $1,250 to the Chino Hills Ayala High School Band and Color Guard to purchase a trailer. The Club is honored to again sponsor the Ayala High School Band and Color Guard which is recognized as one of the top ten high school bands in the nation.

The Club Foundation donated $250 to the City of Chino Hills' Adopt-A-Family holiday project. The Club is pleased to be able to give back to its community.
 
District Simplified Grant | Completed March 2014
RCGCH, through a District Simplified Grant, gave $1,250 to the Chino Hills Ayala High School Band and Color Guard to purchase a laptop system for use by the band members during their presentations.  The Club is honored to sponsor the Ayala High School Band and Color Guard which is recognized as one of the top ten high school bands in the nation.
 
RCGCH Foundation Grant | Completed November 2013
The Club Foundation donated 20 digital scales to Townsend Junior High School in Chino Hills, California. These digital scales are presently being used by several science classes.
 
Matching Grant | Completed June 2012
A Matching Grant Project with the Rotary Club of North Diliman, Philippines provided 24 desktop computers to 2 elementary schools in the Philippines that benefited approximately 5,000 students.  The total cost of the project which was funded collaboratively by RCGCH, District 5300, Rotary Club of North Diliman, District 3780, and The Rotary Foundation was $12,000.
 
Bingo de Mayo | Completed April 2012
RCGCH co-chaired a Chino Valley-wide charity event with the Rotary Club of Rancho del Chino and other civic organizations.  The Club was responsible for the designation of Boy Scout Troop #2399 as the recipient of a $3,800 charity donation.
 
District Simplified Grant | Completed February 2012
RCGCH, through a District Simplified Grant, donated 20 boxes of used books to the Rotary Club of Davao South in the Philippines, as part of the Club's Literacy Program.  Said books were donated to local schools in the area.
