The Rotary Club of Greater Chino Hills Foundation gave a grant to the Philippine American Veterinary Medical Association during its Christmas party on Tuesday, December 3.

The grant funds came from the Rotary Club of Greater Chino Hills Foundation and the Rotary District 5300 District Designated Fund (DDF).  The grant funds the Association's Rabies Vaccination and Eradication Project in an island of Davao, Philippines.  This project aims to increase the rate of the rabies vaccinations of the animal population in the island in order to decrease the spread of rabies among the inhabitants.

The grant was accepted by RCGCH President Dolly Dalusong on behalf of the Philippine American Veterinary Medical Association.  On hand for the presentation were D5300 International Service Chair Bob Spence, Rotarians Ginny Mondonedo and Tita de Guzman, Rotary Ann Sylvia Driebe, RCGCH President Dolly Dalusong, D5300 District Governor Mike Driebe, Rotarians Vincent Enverga, Shane Jarabelo and Randy Tan.
